The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 (Philippine Peso). Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on your Account verification status, the payment method selected, and applicable regulatory requirements. Current limits are displayed in your Account during the deposit process.
phwine may request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your Account at any time, in accordance with AMLA compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified phwine Account holders at any time through the Account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, or to another verified payment account registered in your name.
phwine will not process any withdrawal request from an Account that has not completed KYC verification as described in Section 4.2. Partial KYC submissions will not be accepted. Full verification must be confirmed before the withdrawal queue is accessed.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. phwine does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Expedited processing requests or multiple same-day withdrawals below the standard minimum may be subject to administrative fees as notified at the time of request.
phwine offers various promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback arrangements, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer on the phwine Rewards page, in addition to these general Terms.
phwine maintains automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine gaming intent, coordinated multi-account bonus exploitation, and low-risk or risk-free wagering strategies that circumvent wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, phwine reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, reverse associated winnings, and permanently suspend the Account.
phwine makes available games supplied by certified third-party providers including JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and others. Each game is governed by the specific rules of that game as implemented by the provider. phwine does not modify, adjust, or alter the underlying mechanics or payout rates of any provider game.
All game outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics (cards, dice, roulette wheel) subject to the dealer's management within the studio. Game results are final once confirmed by the provider system. phwine has no ability to influence individual game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phwine will make all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the relevant game state from server logs. In cases where a verifiable game result cannot be determined, affected wagers will be returned to the player's Account balance. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with phwine support within 48 hours of the disputed event.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all phwine games and are displayed within each game's interface prior to placing a wager. Limits vary by game type, provider, and player VIP tier. phwine reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phwine Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phwine content without the express prior written consent of phwine.
Game content provided by third-party providers on the phwine Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to that provider's licensing terms. phwine does not claim ownership of third-party game content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phwine's liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be limited as follows:
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit phwine's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations.
phwine reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
In the event of Account termination for breach, phwine reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance. Where termination is for administrative or regulatory reasons unrelated to player misconduct, Real Money Funds will be returned to your verified payment account following completion of any necessary investigation.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting phwine support. Voluntary closure is processed within 3 business days. Any outstanding Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phwine Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first raise the dispute with phwine through the customer support escalation process. phwine will use reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of receipt of your written complaint. If the dispute remains unresolved following this period, either party may pursue available legal remedies.
phwine reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively alter your rights or obligations as a player — phwine will notify you by email to your registered address and/or by a prominent in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Minor amendments, including correction of typographical errors, formatting updates, or changes required by regulatory direction with immediate effect, may be published without advance notice.
The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this page and in the footer of the document. Your continued use of the phwine Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
