phwine Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phwine ("phwine", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phwine.vip (the "Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, real-money deposits and withdrawals, participation in games, and use of all associated features, promotions, and services.

By creating a phwine account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager — whether for real money or in any demonstration mode — you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with phwine's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the phwine Platform and, if applicable, request closure of your account by contacting phwine customer support at [email protected].

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an active phwine Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You are a natural person and are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and you are legally permitted to participate.
• You do not have an existing phwine Account that has been suspended, terminated, or subject to a self-exclusion order.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of phwine or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You are not subject to any voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion arrangement with phwine or any gaming operator or regulator that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.
• You have not been diagnosed with, or are not currently receiving treatment for, a gambling disorder or addiction, unless you have received explicit written clearance from a licensed mental health professional.

To access real-money gaming features on phwine, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You are permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the phwine Platform at any time. Multiple account registration ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and to create a secure password. All information provided must be truthful and match the identity documents you will be required to submit during the KYC process.

Before phwine will process any withdrawal from your Account, you must successfully complete the Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Acceptable forms of Philippine government-issued identification include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys)
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Philippine Passport
• Social Security System (SSS) Card
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC

phwine reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation at any time, including proof of address, source of funds, or payment account ownership verification, in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication ("2FA") codes. phwine strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your Account. You must notify phwine immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

phwine accepts deposits through the following Philippine-compliant payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 (Philippine Peso). Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on your Account verification status, the payment method selected, and applicable regulatory requirements. Current limits are displayed in your Account during the deposit process.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name.
• phwine does not accept deposits from third parties, joint accounts (unless the account is solely operated by you), or anonymous payment sources.
• phwine does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction charges that are your responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your phwine Account in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Any currency conversion is handled by your payment provider.
• Deposits cannot be reversed once credited to your Account balance. All deposits are final subject to the fraud prevention provisions in Section 9.

phwine may request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your Account at any time, in accordance with AMLA compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by verified phwine Account holders at any time through the Account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, or to another verified payment account registered in your name.

phwine will not process any withdrawal request from an Account that has not completed KYC verification as described in Section 4.2. Partial KYC submissions will not be accepted. Full verification must be confirmed before the withdrawal queue is accessed.

For fully KYC-verified Accounts, phwine targets the following withdrawal processing times:

• GCash and Maya: 5–30 minutes from request approval
• InstaPay: Real-time to 2 hours
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank (PesoNet): 15 minutes to 4 hours during banking hours

These timeframes are targets and not guarantees. Processing may be delayed during scheduled maintenance, peak demand periods, or where additional verification is required. phwine is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. phwine does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Expedited processing requests or multiple same-day withdrawals below the standard minimum may be subject to administrative fees as notified at the time of request.

• Only Real Money Funds are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• phwine reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, inconsistent with Account activity patterns, or flagged by phwine's fraud detection systems.
• Winnings generated from bonus play are subject to the maximum withdrawal limits specified in the relevant bonus terms.

phwine offers various promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback arrangements, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer on the phwine Rewards page, in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the time limit specified per promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings expire if requirements are not met within the designated period.
• When a player holds both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Money Funds are wagered first by default unless an alternative priority is specified in the promotion terms.
• phwine reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions already claimed and actively being wagered will be honoured subject to the terms under which they were accepted.
• Employees of phwine and its affiliated companies are not eligible for any player-facing promotions.

phwine maintains automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine gaming intent, coordinated multi-account bonus exploitation, and low-risk or risk-free wagering strategies that circumvent wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, phwine reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, reverse associated winnings, and permanently suspend the Account.

phwine makes available games supplied by certified third-party providers including JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and others. Each game is governed by the specific rules of that game as implemented by the provider. phwine does not modify, adjust, or alter the underlying mechanics or payout rates of any provider game.

All game outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics (cards, dice, roulette wheel) subject to the dealer's management within the studio. Game results are final once confirmed by the provider system. phwine has no ability to influence individual game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phwine will make all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the relevant game state from server logs. In cases where a verifiable game result cannot be determined, affected wagers will be returned to the player's Account balance. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with phwine support within 48 hours of the disputed event.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all phwine games and are displayed within each game's interface prior to placing a wager. Limits vary by game type, provider, and player VIP tier. phwine reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phwine Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one phwine Account.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information, using another person's identity, or impersonating any individual during registration or KYC.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker variants and live dealer tables.
• Automated play: Using bots, automated clicking software, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Bonus exploitation: Employing strategies designed to circumvent bonus wagering requirements or exploit promotional mechanics without genuine gameplay intent.
• Charge-backs: Disputing legitimate deposits with your payment provider after using the deposited funds for wagering.
• Money laundering: Using the phwine Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity in breach of Philippine AMLA obligations.
• Exploitation of software errors: Taking deliberate advantage of any Platform bug, error, or miscalculation that results in an outcome materially different from the intended game mechanics.

phwine reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account where prohibited activity is suspected, pending investigation. Where investigations confirm prohibited activity, phwine will void all relevant wagers, forfeit all Account balances, and report the matter to appropriate Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required.

phwine is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide the following tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you after a specified continuous play duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from phwine for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanent closure.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications displaying your net session result at configurable intervals.

phwine enforces a strict 21+ age requirement for all registered players in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their Accounts immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities.

All content on the phwine Platform — including but not limited to the phwine brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, game thumbnails, promotional materials, and software architecture — is the exclusive intellectual property of phwine or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any phwine content without the express prior written consent of phwine.

Game content provided by third-party providers on the phwine Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to that provider's licensing terms. phwine does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phwine's liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be limited as follows:

• phwine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• phwine shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, third-party service interruptions, or force majeure events including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or actions by regulatory authorities.
• phwine shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your Account credentials, your voluntary disclosure of Account information to third parties, or your failure to log out of a shared or public device.
• phwine's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit phwine's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations.

phwine reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms, phwine's Privacy Policy, or Responsible Gaming Policy.
• phwine has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited activity associated with your Account.
• You have provided false or incomplete information during registration or the KYC process.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated against a phwine deposit.
• phwine is required to do so by a court order, regulatory direction, or applicable law.
• Your Account has been inactive for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

In the event of Account termination for breach, phwine reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance. Where termination is for administrative or regulatory reasons unrelated to player misconduct, Real Money Funds will be returned to your verified payment account following completion of any necessary investigation.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting phwine support. Voluntary closure is processed within 3 business days. Any outstanding Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phwine Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first raise the dispute with phwine through the customer support escalation process. phwine will use reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days of receipt of your written complaint. If the dispute remains unresolved following this period, either party may pursue available legal remedies.

phwine reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively alter your rights or obligations as a player — phwine will notify you by email to your registered address and/or by a prominent in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments, including correction of typographical errors, formatting updates, or changes required by regulatory direction with immediate effect, may be published without advance notice.

The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this page and in the footer of the document. Your continued use of the phwine Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
